Cancellation/No Show Policy
We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully request that you give 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). Exceptions are made for weather and emergencies.
All no-show appointments (not showing up for a scheduled appointment) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
Clients Arriving Late
Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late for their procedure may not receive the treatment if there is not enough time left. You will be required to pay the full price for the appointment, whether treatment is received or not. We can not run into the following client’s scheduled time.

Lengthy and Multiple Services
Any scheduled treatments longer than two hours must be secured by a valid credit card on file. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the credit card on file will be charged.
Inclement Weather Policy
If weather makes it unsafe for you to travel, we ask that you call to reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible. If DermaHealth closes due to weather conditions and you have an appointment scheduled, you will be notified by a call or text. There is no cancellation fee for this event.
